This is a customized mini retreat, a 3+ hour container for a deep dive, utilizing multiple healing modalities, to experience transformation and recalibration in one container.

Intensives are available for individuals or couples, to go really deeply into a main intention or area of focus that you need shifting, unblocking, and recoding around.

With our time together, we can use any and all available tools to explore your intention area:

  • Talk based processing and coaching

  • Guided visualization, hypnotherapy, or meditation

  • Sound healing

  • Shamanic energy work

  • Somatic and nervous system practices

  • Skill building, communication strategies, and practices you can take home with you

  • Medicine support

  • Rituals and spiritual practices

  • And whatever else is supportive for you!

This form of container replaces the need for ongoing 1:1 1 hour sessions, by letting us dive much deeper into an area of focus that you need support around. When you choose a healing intensive, we will explore your intentions in order to make a plan for our customized retreat that best honors your intentions.
